For entry into Vietnam, a visa may be required for ME.AI25 attendees from some countries. Please check in advance whether you need to apply for a visa on the official website of the Ministry Of Public Security Immigration Department:

To enter Vietnam, each foreign delegate may need a valid Vietnamese visa.
🌏 Visa Exemption for Short Visits (15 days or less)
Citizens (passport holders) of the following countries may not need a visa for a short visit:
⚠️Important: If citizens of these countries plan to stay in Vietnam for more than 15 days, they are required to apply for a Vietnamese visa.

Important Note
A Vietnamese visa is required if you enter Vietnam from a third country, even if you are living with a long-term visa in that country.
